Lisa McLeod

Design Director

Lisa holds the role of Design Director having joined AW Spaces in 2015 as a senior designer. Coming from the creative hub that is Brighton, Lisa brings a wonderful blend of creativity and no-nonsense practicality to the table. Prior to AW Spaces, Lisa spent 5 years working on high end commercial and residential interior design schemes for global architecture practise Woods Bagot based in London – where notable projects included Elliott Advisors London, Ballymore Group, Warner Music London and 100 Bishopsgate.

Her passion for design stems from her early interest in graphics, art and illustrating, which developed through her time at Ravensbourne College and Brighton University culminating in a 2:1 degree in Interior Architecture. She has particular interest in sustainability and wellbeing in workplace design and build and in 2019 became a WELL accredited practitioner. Read more about her involvement with LWARB (London Waste and Recycling Board) where she led an amazing design creating a sustainable office showing the principles of circular economy.

In her 7 years with AW Spaces, Lisa has worked with renowned clients such as Hat Trick Productions, Mother London, and Coda Agency – leading the design team through workplace strategy, appraisals, and studies, through to concept and technical design – taking the project through to completion and post occupancy.

Lisa’s personality and charisma ensures that the design process is fun, engaging and collaborative – and has led to multiple clients turning to her time and again, looking for her to lead them through their next workplace project.
