When they moved from the City across the river to the Harlequin Building in Southwark, they sought to transform their new space into one that reflected their evolving culture and values.

When they moved from the City across the river to the Harlequin Building in Southwark, they sought to transform their new space into one that reflected their evolving culture and values.
We designed a workspace that strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and creativity, supporting both productivity and collaboration. The modern, sleek aesthetic is complemented by vibrant pops of colour and playful design elements, creating an environment that feels dynamic, engaging, and inspiring.
We designed a workspace that strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and creativity, supporting both productivity and collaboration. The space was already fitted out to a CAT A+ standard, and we worked closely with IFF Research to minimise changes wherever possible. By repurposing elements from their previous office and integrating existing furniture, we were able to reduce both costs and environmental impact. This thoughtful approach not only supported their sustainability goals but also helped preserve a sense of continuity and familiarity in their new environment.
To further elevate the space, we collaborated with creative agency Motive to deliver a unique art installation that ties the design together. This bespoke artwork adds a distinctive touch, reinforcing the agency’s identity while contributing to the overall creative atmosphere of the office.
