Modus Utilities sourced a new build in Greenwhich which was presented as an empty shell needing a full CAT A and B fitout. Working with raw, reclaimed and sustainable materials Lisa McLeod, Head of Design, created an edgy and industrial style with open brick, bold colours and a variety of textures to add interest to the workspace.
Works included the fabrication of a bespoke cold rolled steel staircase and balustrade, a fish tank in reception and a privately commissioned graffiti artwork over the stairwell. The Modus office almost gives the impression of a trendy bar rather than an office, which supports the vibrant personalities that work at this incredibly successful utilities company.
