Caleb Holding

Director

Caleb Holding is a director and co-founder of AW Spaces. In April 2020 Caleb set up AW Spaces as a new division of Action Workspace which focussed on sustainable, user focussed workspace design and fitout with an emphasis on the environment, people and wellbeing. Before this he held senior leadership roles in sales, marketing and design across the company.

Joining Action Workspace in 2012 he had previously run successful design and build firm Lime Projects which secured notable projects such as the refurbishment of the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster, major projects for investment firm HG Capital and a unique interior fitout project on board the ship HMS Belfast in Southwark.

Caleb leads projects as a workplace consultant and will coordinate all aspects of a project from initial consultancy and property appraisals through to client communications and coordination of design, feasibility and cost to the point of handover to the delivery teams. He has a particular interest in the wellbeing and environment and is a keen champion for sustainability in the fitout industry.

Caleb has a passion for design and creative marketing and oversees the brand direction and voice of AW Spaces, looking over all aspects of marketing from social media and campaigns through to managing the client portfolio including photography, referrals and testimonials. He has recently been featured in the Building Construction and Design magazine after recognition of his efforts to promote sustainable design and build across the UK.

Born and bred in Hastings, Sussex, he now resides in Sandhurst, Kent. He is married with a young family. His interests lie in history, food, culture and travel – which sees him exploring the UK and Europe at every available opportunity. Favourite quote: “When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life”. Samuel Johnson.
